At Powerhouse PCs, we're committed to delivering high-quality, functional gaming PCs that fuel your global gaming dominance. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This policy outlines our refund and returns process for custom-built and pre-built PCs.
Refunds for Damaged or Non-Functional Products:

We offer a full refund within 48 hours of delivery for any custom-built or pre-built PC that arrives damaged or non-functional upon arrival.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Upon confirmation of the damage or non-functionality, we will arrange for a return shipment and process your refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned PC.

Please note that the original packaging and all included accessories must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Situations:

We do not offer refunds for PCs that are simply not liked, don't meet expectations, or don't have the desired specifications. Please carefully review product descriptions and specifications before placing an order.

Refunds cannot be issued for damaged or non-functional PCs after 48 hours of delivery.
Technical Support:

We offer 1 year of free technical support for all custom-built and pre-built PCs, starting from the date of purchase. This includes assistance with troubleshooting, software installation, and general technical inquiries.

Technical support is available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST, via phone, email, or live chat.

Please note that our technical support team cannot modify pre-built PCs or offer assistance with hardware upgrades not purchased from Powerhouse PCs.
Manufacturer Warranty:

All components in our PCs come with a manufacturer's warranty. The specific warranty period varies depending on the component.

Important Information:

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return if the returned PC is not in its original condition, shows signs of misuse, or has been tampered with.

Shipping costs for returned PCs are covered by Powerhouse PCs for valid damage or non-functionality claims within the 48-hour window. For other instances, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
